The Writ Petition has been filed invoking Article 226 of the Constitution seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action to remove the petitioner's name, which is added as Accused No.2 in the FIR in Crime No.12 of 2024, dated 15.11.2024 on the file of the third respondent by considering her representation, dated 13.08.2025 within a time that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
