*********** The petitioner submitted a representation to the first respondent requesting him to issue patta in respect of the property in Survey No.120/2B1 and 120/2B2 of Sirudaiyur Village, Lalgudi Taluk. Since follow up action was not taken by the first respondent, the petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition.
2. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representations dated 06.02.2007 and 26.07.2007 on merits and as per law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation along with a copy of this order so as to enable the first respondent to pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible.
