ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the 1st respondent Police to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchirappalli in Crl M.P.No.30482 of 2024 dated 10.12.2024.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, though the learned Magistrate issued certain directions to the respondents to defreeze the account of the accused person and to transfer money to the petitioner, who is the victim, the respondents, have not taken any action.

3. This Court is of the view that the petitioner has a remedy to approach the learned Magistrate to seek compliance of the order in Crl M.P.No.30482 of 2024 dated 10.12.2024.
