ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to shift the transformer from its present location and install it in Government land, based on the petitioner's representation dated 04.10.2025, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr.S.Deenadhayalan, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. According to the petitioner, the respondents have installed a transformer near his house. Aggrieved thereby, the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner has approached this Court. 2/4

4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's representation will be considered in accordance with law by the fourth respondent.

5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.10.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner.
