Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent herein in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.016253/appointment 1(1)/2008-52 dated 05.06.2008 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to appoint the petitioner (Regn: No.3003234) as Grade II Police Constable for the year 2006 on par with his batch mates with all consequential services benefits within a time frame as deem fit and proper by this Court.
