ORDER

The grievance of the writ petitioner is that her claim for promotion to the post of Warden has not been considered by the respondents. The writ petitioner states that she possess the educational qualification for the post of hostel Warden and in spite of that her name was not considered. Under these circumstances, it is suffice if a direction is issued to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 10.01.2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and the relevant Government Orders, if any, along with the order copy passed in this writ petition.

2.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
