: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to take immediate action for removal of encroachments made in the Government land situate in S.No.2382 at Ayankollankondan Village, Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar District based on the proceedings of the first respondent in Mu.Mu/G2/16549/13, dated 18.04.2013.

*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The inaction on the part of the second respondent to remove the encroachment stated to have been made in the Government land situated at Survey No.2382 at Ayankollankondan Village, Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar District, made the petitioner to file this Writ Petition.

2. We direct the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 04 January,

2013, on merits and as per law after issuing notice to the alleged encroachers. Such exercise shall be completed, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 04 January, 2013, along with a copy of this order, so as to enable the second respondent to dispose of the matter, within the time stipulated above.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
