O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, submitted that the respondents have complied with the order passed by the Tamil Nadu State Information Commission in case No.32421/Enquiry/2009, dated 30.07.2010. The order was complied with only after this Court passed an order, directing compliance by 01.09.2016.

2. In view of the compliance of the order of this Court, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
