The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that Selection Grade and Special Grade pay by counting the service of the Writ Petitioner prior to 1.6.1988 is not provided. In this regard, the Petitioner sent a representation to the second respondent on 18.6.2012 and the same is yet to be considered. 2.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the Petitioner on 18.6.2012 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
