ORDER : The Court made the following order :- These petitions have been filed to amend the satisfaction Court in the petition as well as in the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13834 of 2025, dated 02.09.2025 and also to extend the time for furnishing sureties.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this Amendment Petition is ordered as prayed for and time is extended by fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply the 2/4

with order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13834 of 2025 dated 25.09.2025.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 04.11.2025 PJL Note: Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition as well as in the order and issue fresh order copy on today (04.11.2025).
