ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to disburse all her retirement benefits and other eligible benefits and her salary for the months of March and April, 2024 to the Petitioner along with interest by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2025.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has made a representation on 11.10.2025 for the very same relief.

3.In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
