This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking substitution of the second to fifth petitioners herein as the second to fifth petitioners in the main Writ Petition, since the sole petitioner in the main Writ Petition, namely the first petitioner herein, died during the pendency of the writ petition.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Miscellaneous Petition and taking into consideration the death certificate of the first petitioner as well as the legal heir Page No. 2 of 4

certificate, the second to fifth petitioners herein are substituted/impleaded as the second to fifth petitioners in the main Writ Petition.

3. Registry is directed to make necessary amendments in the cause title.
