ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the 2nd respondent to place the petitioner in the current seniority list below Tmt.P.Thilagavathi and above the respondents 3 to 6 herein for the promotion of Middle School Head Master, Periyakulam Union, Theni District.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that there are certain errors occurred in the seniority list and in this regard the writ petitioner has submitted representations on 29.03.2011, 20.04.2011 and 02.05.2011. However, the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent has not taken any decision, in respect of the claim of the writ petition for revision of his seniority. 3.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representations dated 29.03.2011, 20.04.2011 and 02.05.2011 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is permitted to submit the copy of the representations along a copy of the order passed in this writ petition. 4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no orders as to costs. Consequently, MP(MD)Nos.1 and 2 of 2011 are closed.
