ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the impugned letter dated Roc.No.5275/2011/C4 dated 25.08.2013 passed by the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. This Court has perused the counter affidavit filed by the respondents.

3. In the counter affidavit, it is specifically stated in paragraph No. 7 that after passing of the impugned order, the petitioner's representation has been considered and thereafter, final order has been passed as early as on 20.09.2013. Therefore, the present writ petition has become infructuous and the petitioner has to challenge the said order dated 20.09.2013, if he is so advised.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P is also closed.
