ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the 2nd respondent herein to place the petitioner in seniority before the direct recruitees of B.T.Assistant (Science) appointed as on 01.06.2006 and before the 3rd respondent herein for the purpose of promotion of Middle School Head Master, Periyakulam Union, Theni District, 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that there are certain errors occurred in the seniority list and in this regard the writ petitioner has submitted a representation on 25.01.2010. However, the first respondent has not taken any decision, in respect of the claim of the writ petition for revision of her seniority.

3.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 25.01.2010 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is permitted to submit the copy of the representation along a copy of the order passed in this writ petition.

4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no orders as to costs. Consequently, MP(MD)Nos.1 and 2 of 2011 are closed.
