Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05/05/2013 and further direct him to make survey of the petitioners property and to fix stones at boundaries in Plot Nos. 17 and 18A at Survey No.185/26, Maapillaiyurani Village, Tuticorin Taluk and district.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05/05/2013 and further direct him to make survey of the petitioners property and to fix stones at boundaries in Plot Nos.17 and 18A at Survey No.185/26, Maapillaiyurani Village, Tuticorin Taluk and district.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has no objection in considering the request of the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the third and the fourth respondents are directed to survey and fix the boundary marks of the petitioner's property, by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.05.2013, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the adjoining owners, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
