Prayer : Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to grant continuity of service with arrears in increment by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2025 pursuant to the letter in NaKa No.687/PaA/2025 dated 28.03.2025 issued by the 5th respondent herein and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to grant continuity of service with arrears in increment by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2025 pursuant to the letter in NaKa No.687/PaA/2025 dated 28.03.2025 issued by the 5th respondent.
2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has made a representation on 10.02.2025 for the very same relief.
3.In view of the same, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
