This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining that the order of this Court dated 08.08.2025 passed in W.P.Crl.(MD)No.517 of 2025 has not been complied with.

2. Today, when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on this issue, they have 2/4

approached the Civil Court and filed a suit in O.S.No.97 of 2026. Therefore, the petitioner is not pressing this contempt petition.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, the sub application in Sub Aplc.(MD)No.495 of 2025 is also closed.
