ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2025.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that when there was a dispute between the group to which the petitioner belonged and the rival group, the Sub-divisional Magistrate cum Sub Collector had conducted enquiry under Section 145 of Cr.P.C and passed an order on 02.08.2025 permitting the 'A' party, to which the petitioner belonged, to worship in the temple; that he had also directed the 'B' party not to interfere in the said worship; that inspite of the said order, the third respondent is interfering with their worship and hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to take appropriate action after giving notice to the petitioner as well as the third respondent and any other person, who may be required for enquiry, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
