2. Being satisified with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 347 days in filing the above writ appeal is condoned.

3. Registry is directed to number the writ appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order.

4. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that a connected writ appeal in W.A.(MD) No.299 of 2025 is pending before this Court.

5. In view of the above, Registry is directed to post the present writ appeal, after numbering, for admission along with the connected W.A. (MD) No.299 of 2025.
