The matter is listed upon being mentioned. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical error in paragraph No.1 of the order and that the correct survey number is 92/24 and not 94/24. Upon examining the records, the said contention is liable to be accepted.

2. The Registry is directed to reissue the order after replacing survey number 94/24 in line 2 of the first paragraph with survey number 92/24.
