ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur, to dispose the suit in OS No.95/2018 on the file of the Learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur as expeditiously as possible, within time frame as stipulated by this Court.

2. Considering the fact that the suit filed as early as in the year 2018 had reached the stage of trial, in which interlocutory applications have been filed for impleading third parties, the Court below is directed to dispose of the said interlocutory application within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter proceed to dispose of the suit within a period of six months thereafter. 3/4
