This Petition is filed to direct the 3rd respondent to comply the order made in Crl M.P.No.71 of 2025 dated 26.03.2025 on the file of the District cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvidaimarudhur, by way of filing FIR against the proposed accused.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that as per the direction of the learned District cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvidaimarudhur, in Crl.M.P.No.71 of 2025 dated 2/4

26.03.2025, enquiry has been conducted and the case has been registered in Crime No.467 of 2025 and the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
