This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.127 of 2024 dated 23.11.2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondent is conducting the investigation in an effective manner and they would file a final report within a period of three (3) months.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to conclude the investigation and file a final report within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
