ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.A9/1628/2010, dated 30.09.2010 and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. It is common knowledge that the posts of President, Vice President, etc., are no more in existence and therefore, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition, however, it is open to the authorities concerned to initiate appropriate legal action for misappropriate of public funds, if any.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
