ORDER

The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the arrears of gratuity, arrears of pension and commutation have not been settled in favour of the writ petitioner.

2.This apart, the writ petitioner states that arrears of pay revision also has not been settled. In this regard, the writ petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondents on 11.09.2013. However, the same has not been considered. 3.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 11.09.2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. to submit a copy of the representation and the documents, if any, along with a copy of the orders passed in this writ petition. 4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no orders as to costs.
