ORDER

The petitioner seeks to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No. 619 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent, which was registered for the offences under Section 3 of Tamilnadu Property (Prevention of damage and loss) Act 1992 and Sections 139 and 140 of Electricity Act 2003.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the complainant himself had withdrawn the complaint in his letter dated 17.09.2025.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police confirms said fact and submits that the respondent police would close the FIR based on this letter. 4.Regarding the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
