2. The petition has been filed seeking a direction to 2nd respondent to conduct peace meeting regarding celebration of

"Kuthirai Eduppu Thiruvizha" scheduled in the Tamil month of Purattasi and consequently permit the petitioner's Agamudayarkarai Group to taking part in the "Kuthirai Eduppu Thiruvizha" scheduled in the Tamil month of Purattasi.

3. The above relief was sought regarding the festival in the year 2013. Hence, the prayer sought for has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed. However, if the petitioner has any grievance regarding the conduct of festival, it is open to the petitioner to approach the concerned authorities.
