ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in public interest, seeking a direction to the respondents to remove the TASMAC Shop bearing No.4879 situated at Azhagiamandapam, Thiruvithancode Town Panchayat by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 03/09/2013.

2. We have faith in the District Collectors. We find that they consider the objections raised by people concerned in

the matter of location or relocation of TASMAC shops. In this case also a complaint is made. It may be considered by the District Collector and if any violation is found, the shop may be directed to be relocated to an appropriate place.

3.With the above observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
