ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement so made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
