dated 13.06.2025 in respect of Mini Bus bearing Registration No.TN 27N-0154 and consequently directing the 1st respondent not to issue a permit to the 3rd respondent till the joint survey is completed within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents. 2.The prayer made in the writ petition is that the third respondent must conduct joint survey on the petition mentioned route. The consequential prayer is that the first respondent should not issue permit to the private respondent till the joint survey is conducted. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner draws my attention to the letter issued in June 2025 proposing to hold joint survey. 2/4

4.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that joint survey was already conducted and permit has also been issued. The official respondents are directed to serve a copy of the proceedings to the writ petitioner whereby permit was issued. If the petitioner feels aggrieved by the same, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. 5.With the aforesaid directions to the official respondents and liberty to the writ petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
