ORDER

The petitioner filed this Writ Petition to restrain the respondent from interfering with the construction of a bridge by her pursuant to the permission given on 29.03.2011. Subsequently, permission dated 29.03.2011 was cancelled by the respondent.

2. The petitioner ought to have filed a Writ Petition challenging the subsequent proceedings.

3. In view of the order of cancellation, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
