ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed directing the learned Additional District Judge, Dindigul to expedite the hearing in E.A.No.01 of 2024 in E.P.No.24 of 2024 in O.S.No.258 of 2019 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.

2. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this Civil Revision Petition notice to the respondents is hereby dispensed with. Considering the fact that an execution application had been filed by the third party under Order XXI Rule 58 is pending for consideration, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional District Judge, Dindigul to dispose the E.A.No.01 of 2024 in E.P.No.24 of 2024 in O.S.No.258 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible, but however, not later than two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
