ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to transfer the FIR in Cr.No.503 of 2025 from the file of the second to some other investigation agency.

2. The gist of the allegation in the impugned FIR is that petitioner's husband, daughter and son-in-law had stolen 100 sovereigns of gold jewels, documents from the possession of the petitioner.

3. The only reason for seeking transfer is that the respondents Police have not taken any effective steps to recover the stolen properties. Apart from the vague reasons, there is nothing to suggest that the respondents police are conducting investigation in a biased manner. Therefore, this Court finds no reason to transfer the investigation in Crime No.503 of 2025. However, the second respondent shall conclude the investigation and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is 2/4

disposed of.
