Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the orders passed by the second respondent in Lr.No.Na.Ka.A1/2122/10 (1) dated 13.06.2011 as illegal and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner for the post of office assistant in the second respondent office in pursuant to the interview conducted on 30.05.2011 by the second respondent in Lr.No.Na.Ka.A1/2122/10, dated 18.05.2011.

The present writ petition has been filed against the order of appointment issued in favour of the third respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted a copy of the proceedings dated March 2017 issued by the District Educational Officer. As per the said proceedings, the writ petitioner A.Rani is employed as watchman with effect from 06.02.2013. The learned counsel further brought to the notice of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this Court that the writ petitioner is serving as watchman from 06.02.2013 onwards for the past about 4 1⁄2 years.

3. This being the factum of the case, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
