ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by one Gunamaheshwari, an enquiry is pending and the same would be completed within a period of four weeks.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say that the petitioner cannot be harassed in the guise of enquiry. The respondents police may issue summons, if the petitioner's appearance is required.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
