Respondents in both WPs Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings made in form I notice made in Tha.Pa.No.1340 and 1341/13 dated 05/08/2013 (pertaining to sale deed nos. 6376 and 6377/12) on the file of 4th respondent, quash the same, and further direct the 3rd respondent to release the petitioners sale deed no.6376 and 6377/12 dated 07/11/2012 within a stipulated period. For petitioner : Mr.R.Sundar For Respondent : No appearance COMMON ORDER A perusal of the impugned orders in both the Writ Petitions would reveal the fact that they are only a show cause notice calling upon the petitioner to give explanation, instead, the petitioner has come forward with the Writ Petitions. respondent will consider the same and pass appropriate orders. Thus, the petitioner is given 15 days time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to give explanation provided if no final order has been passed by the respondents sofar, as the Writ Petition is of the year 2013. If the petitioner replies to the show cause notice as stipulated by this Court, the fourth respondent shall pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petitions disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
