ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 21(4) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, in Crime No.285 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is not an accused as of now.
