3.Since the very prayer itself is innocuous in nature as the petitioner seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to consider his representation dated 09.07.2013, and to pass orders thereon, this Court is inclined to pass the following order without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner: 4.The first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.07.2013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
