O R D E R
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court had passed several orders in respect of the grant of third incentive increment and also granted the relief to person, who approached https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
this Court for the said relief.
2.It is also not in dispute that in one such matter, the authority has preferred an appeal in W.A.(MD).No.39 of 2018 and the writ appeal is stated to be pending.
3.In view of the above, this Court is of the view that instead of keeping this matter pending, a direction shall be issued to the respondents to the effect that, in case, the relief sought for by the Appellants in the writ appeal is not granted then, the benefits, which were earlier extended to similarly placed persons, shall be extended to the petitioner herein, within a period of four weeks from the date of disposal of the writ appeal in W.A. (MD).No.39 of 2018.
4.With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
