The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that relief sought for in this Writ Petition, to reinstate the petitioner in service as head constable without any break up, has become infructuous and he seeks permission of this Court to dimiss this writ petition and has also made an endorsement as nothing survives for adjudication in the matter.

2.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
