ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioner's representation, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.
