This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider petitioner's representation, dated 25.08.2013, to sell the land in S.No.1390 /2, Patta No.365, measuring an extent of 1 acre and 5 cents situated at Vilpatti Village, Kodaikanal Taluk, Dindigul District, by allowing him to register the same in Sub-Registrar Office, Kodaikanal, Dindigul District.
2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
3. The petitioner has not furnished any particulars with regard to the date of sale deed and when the same was presented for registration. Based on the representation given by the petitioner, a direction cannot be given to the respondent, to register the sale deed.
