Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the first respondent Na.KA.A2/84/2009 dated 05.04.2013 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to award Special Grade in the Primary School Headmaster post with effect from 20.10.1992 to the petitioner and to pay pensionary benefits with arrears of salary and pension fixing his pay in the special Grade in the Head master Post with effect from 20.10.1992.

ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the first respondent Na.KA.A2/84/2009 dated 05.04.2013 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to award Special Grade in the Primary School Headmaster post with effect from 20.10.1992 to the petitioner and to pay pensionary benefits with arrears of salary and pension fixing his pay in the special Grade in the Head master Post https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
