Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the second respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.22617/2011/J2 signed on 20.06.2011 and quashing the same and consequently direct the second respondent to permit petitioner to render her service as Maid Servant at Government Backward Class Welfare Girls Hostel, Andipatti, Theni District.
