ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to take action against respondents 3 to 7, based on the petitioner's complaints dated 20.08.2013, 07.09.2013 & 13.09.2013.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint was duly enquired and the same was registered in Crime No.240 of 2013 on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
26.09.2013 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 448, 294 (b), 324, 506(ii) & 379 IPC, as against the sixth respondent herein and one Muthuraja. He further submitted that the investigation in Crime No.240 of 2013 was concluded and the same is closed as mistake of facts on 19.11.2013. Referred charge sheet was also filed before the concerned Magistrate Court and the same was served upon the defacto complainant through the Village Administrative Officer.
3. Under the above circumstances, recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed, as no further order is required to be passed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy, in the manner known to law. No costs.
