[Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks a direction for removal of encroachment made in a public pathway in Survey Nos.1109, 1110 and 1112 at Kadamalaikundu village, Aandipatti taluk, Theni District. 2.We permit the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the third respondent herein. The third respondent on receipt of such representation, shall do an inspection and if any encroachment is noticed, he shall take action to remove the same, after issuing due notice to the encroachers. 3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
