to the residents of Devakkottai Municipality in Town Survey No.1-2 situated in Block-6 Ward-A within Devakkottai in accordance with the provisions of Tamil Nadu District Municipalities Act within a reasonable time.
2.It is stated in the counter affidavit filed by the fourth respondent that there are lands belonging to the Revenue Department and it is only Revenue Department which has to choose a suitable place to form electric crematorium. It is further stated that the municipality is taking steps to form a electric burial ground. 3.Recording the said statements, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
