Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to award Special Grade to the petitioner in the post of Middle School B.T. Headmaster by taking into account the entire service of Secondary Grade Teacher in the light of G.O.Ms.No.210, School Education (G1) Department, dated 14.08.2009 and G.O.Ms.No.146, School Education (G1) Department, dated 19.06.2012. ORDER
The writ petitioner claims that he is entitled for the selection grade pay in the post of Middle School Headmaster with effect from 21.06.1995 and special grade with effect from 01.06.1988 based on G.O.Ms.No.210, School Education (G-1) Department, dated 14.08.2009.
2.However, the issues in relation to the G.O.Ms.No.210 were https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
already decided by the Courts and the Government also, subsequently, issued number of orders in this regard. Under the circumstances, it is sufice if a direction is given to the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 10.11.2012 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the represetation and all the relevant Government orders along with the order passed in this writ petition.
3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
