Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent's Impugned letter dated 02.03.2013 bearing Kadetha No.054244/267/G8/G81/Karu.35/ 2012-2 and quash the same and directing the respondents to appoint the petiioner on compassionate ground due to death of the petitioner's father C. Nagaraj on 09.12.2007. For Petitioner : Mr.G.Muruggan For Respondents : Mr.S.Dhayalan

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has made an endorsement to that effect and also circulated a letter dated 17.10.2016 to the Registry, wherein it has been stated as follows: "As per the instruction given by my client I may be permitted to withdraw the above mentioned writ petition and with liberty to file a fresh one if necessary, it seems that as per his instruction the disputed fact is likely to be settled.
